The five ingredients
What shapes every experience
Fire
Fire brings us together. It teaches patience, responsibility, skill and respect. Good things need attention if they are going to keep burning.
Food
Food gives us something to create and share. It brings creativity, culture, generosity, connection, celebration and fun to the table.
Fun
Fun is essential, not frivolous. It helps people relax, connect, make memories and want to come back.
Formation
Formation is the process of becoming more capable, confident and responsible through what we do.
Focus
Focus is about identifying what matters and taking the next meaningful step.
Together
The five ingredients are not a classroom model. They are designed to be experienced around the fire, in the work and around the table.
The four outcomes
What we create the conditions for
Confidence
I believe I can.
Connection
I know I am not alone.
Capability
I have something useful to bring.
Choice
I have more options for what comes next.
What that means in practice
We do not guarantee these outcomes. We design experiences, community and opportunities that make them more possible through action, encouragement, relationships, skill and responsibility.
