Forge 54 brings people together around fire, food and shared experiences to build belonging, confidence, capability and choice. We create exceptional experiences, strengthen community, develop people into contributors and leaders, and build a model that can be carried into new communities over time.

In practice, that means we will welcome you without judgement, treat you with respect, help you take part and never make you feel like you have nothing to offer.
